AI-powered home gym: how it works

The Power S Pro technology explained: 120 kg of digital weight via electromagnetic resistance and a smart personal trainer that adjusts the load for you.

Digital weight

Electromagnetic resistance, not iron plates

The Power S Pro generates load with two 750 W servo motors, one per arm. Instead of lifting plates, you pull against an electromagnetic resistance the system regulates hundreds of times per second: that is digital weight.

The result: up to 120 kg of load in a 0.1 m² footprint, adjustable to the kilo from the screen and virtually silent — no metallic clanking of a traditional cable machine.

  • Instant adjustment Change the load from the screen or the dials — no pins, no plates.

  • A real 120 kg 60 kg per arm, with independent load on each side.

  • Silent An electric motor instead of plates: train in a flat without disturbing anyone.

A smart personal trainer at home

Booster Mode acts as a spotter: it detects muscle fatigue on every rep and reduces the load right when you fail, so you can reach your limit safely without a partner.

The interactive phase graph guides your concentric and eccentric, and the system logs every set to adjust your progression — like a personal trainer, available 24 hours in your living room.

  • Auto-spotter Lowers the load when it detects fatigue: fail safely, no partner needed.

  • Phase guidance Concentric and eccentric guided by an interactive on-screen graph.

  • Automatic progression Every set is logged and the suggested load evolves with you.

Five resistance modes, one machine

The same smart cable machine behaves like free weights, resistance bands or an isokinetic machine depending on the mode you choose.

Standard

Constant resistance, like traditional weights but with per-kilo digital control.

Constant speed

The movement keeps a fixed speed through the whole range, for controlled work.

Elastic

Resistance grows along the range of motion, like a resistance band.

Eccentric

More load on the return phase to maximise the eccentric stimulus.

Burnout

Adjusts the load to squeeze out the last reps and take the muscle to its limit, safely.
