Purposes
We process your data to: (1) handle demo, contact and financing requests; (2) send you the newsletter if you subscribe, with double opt-in confirmation; (3) analytics and campaign measurement, only if you consent to the corresponding cookies.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures at your request (demos, information) and your consent (newsletter, analytics and marketing cookies), which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Providers needed to deliver the service: the email platform (Resend or our own SMTP server) and the distributor's CRM (Odoo). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Request data is kept as long as needed to handle it and for the applicable legal periods. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@definitivegym.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, data minimisation and anti-abuse controls on forms.
