Sales through this site are made by Definitive Gym (⚠️ company name, tax ID and registered address pending confirmation), official Prodigy IMBODY distributor for Spain. Contact: info@definitivegym.com.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the purchase of the Prodigy IMBODY Power S Pro through this website. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted them. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.
Product and prices
Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. The product characteristics are those described in the product sheet; data marked as pending confirmation is not part of the contractual offer. In the event of an obvious typographical pricing error, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
Purchase process
Orders are placed by completing the checkout form and choosing a payment method. After payment (or a bank-transfer request) the customer receives a confirmation email with the order reference. The contract is concluded upon the seller's express confirmation of the order.
Payment methods
Card and other electronic methods through secure payment gateways, bank transfer and, where available, instalment financing and methods such as Klarna or PayPal. For bank-transfer orders, shipping is prepared once payment is received.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery to mainland Spain within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation. For other destinations (islands and other EU countries), timing and cost are communicated before the order is confirmed (⚠️ international rates pending confirmation). Delivery includes the installation described on the website where indicated.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without justification, plus the extended 30-day commercial policy advertised on this site. To exercise it, write to info@definitivegym.com quoting the order reference. Refunds are made via the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. The product must be returned complete and in adequate condition; return costs are communicated when arranging collection (⚠️ pending confirmation of who bears them).
Warranty
The product carries the legal conformity warranty established by applicable consumer law (in Spain, 3 years from delivery for new products). Any additional manufacturer's commercial warranty is communicated with the product (⚠️ conditions pending confirmation). Warranty claims: info@definitivegym.com.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer's country of residence in sales to other EU states.
